Job Summary:

This is a full-time position, with a salary range of $50,000 - $60,000 DOE plus attractive, uncapped commissions which could easily eclipse $100,000 in the first year.

This position is 100% remote, allowing you to work anywhere. This position will report to the President of Operations and Director of Marketing.

This is a unique opportunity for the type of person who loves sales, work freedom and flexibility, and driving growth. Our Sales Executives are responsible for the entire sales process, including presentations, tracking, and follow-up. So charisma and presentation skills are equally as important as sales acumen.

The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy and have experience prospecting and selling high-value services to business owners with a consultative approach. Experience in the dental/medical field is not necessary but is a bonus.

At present, this is an outbound-only role.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Outbound prospecting and booking strategy calls with dental practice owners in high-volume
  • Conducting calls via phone and video chat to assess dentists' needs to be able to present a viable marketing solution
  • Keeping detailed notes and records of all your daily tasks and interactions in our CRM system
  • Responsible for client acquisition
  • Working with the marketing department on acquisition and follow-up for qualified leads
  • Other Basic Job Details include but are not limited to, document preparation, invoice processing, and system analysis.
  • Work 8a-5p (in your timezone) on weekdays with some flexibility.
  • Ability to answer "after-hours" sales calls or chats when necessary.

Key Requirements:

  • Outbound Sales experience and success
  • Ability to present to clients on video
  • Strong phone skills - you will be on the phone a lot!
  • Ability to explain complicated strategies in a way non-tech savvy audiences can understand
  • Experience in Google Docs/Spreadsheets
  • Excellent follow-through skills
  • Very high attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM, paid ad management, funnels, social media, and display advertising campaigns
